The Magic of PJ Library Expands
From: llyson Guertin, PJ Library Coordinator

Thanks to the Harold Grinspoon Foundation and the Jewish Federation of New Hampshire, PJ Library provides monthly Jewish books to children 6 months to 8 years old throughout the state. You are invited to learn more at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 30 at BHC.

Over the last two years, together with the Jewish Federation of New Hampshire, I as have worked hard to grow the PJ Library of New Hampshire from just a books program to something so much more! Of course it continues to provide monthly Jewish books to children throughout the state, but now to further enrich programming, the word is out about the magic of PJ. What isthe magic of PJ you may ask? The magic is in the incredible families and the relationships that build with each event and program. They learn you don’t need to fit a certain mold to raise Jewish children but that there is beauty in all families. With each program that families attend they are able nurture friendships built on the same goal, to instill Jewish traditions and values to their children.

The excitement continues to build as we make plans to spread the PJ magic to the North Country with programming beginning in the fall! I am excited to bring new programs to families already actively involved in Jewish life in your area and to provide the opportunity for Jewish experiences to families who may not have them otherwise.

I look forward to meeting you soon!
