GENTLE YOGA led by BHC Member, Susan Bonnici
Join us for Gentle Yoga, an ancient practice that reconnects us with the sensations of the body, helping us to reduce held tension as well as with the movement of our breath, promoting relaxation and a sense of calm and well-being. The postures of yoga done in this class help to preserve and increase our range of motion, strengthening the body throughout. Dates are as follows: 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/5, 8/12, 8/19 and 8/26.
The cost is $40.00 for a series of 8 classes, payable in advance to BHC. Give yourself the gift of yoga in our rustic and beautiful setting. If you have any questions, please contact Susan at firstname.lastname@example.org. Bring your own mat and if you wish, a light blanket.
